Advance Notice

To ensure optimal service and availability for all RW clients, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may be charged to your account at Rooted Within’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in allowing RW to efficiently manage client scheduling.

No-Show

Sometimes plans change unexpectedly, but not showing up for a scheduled appointment negatively impacts Rooted Within. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we may charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. Please contact RW in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
